What's your countries favourite dessert?

I want to expand my pallet and learn about desserts that I have never heard of. Are there any desserts thats not popular outside of your country that you think deserves more attention?

Have you heard of Pavlova? It’s very sweet but good. meringue base filled with fresh whipped cream and plenty of fruit. I can only eat a very small amount. I’m more a savoury person. The below is a photo of one

Vlaflip, a desert from the Netherlands. On the bottom (strawberry)sirop, then yoghurt and and on the top vanilla custard.

Tenes TODA la razón! Me parece terrible que en otros paises no tengan alfajor. Mismo el otro día me enteré que en el resto del mundo las heladerías no te venden, digamos, 1kg de helado... tenes que pedir si o si el vasito. Yo  creo que me muero! jajajaj :D

This looks so good! I dont like overly sweet desserts but ill give this one a try thank you
