Unable to download PDF

Hi,
I purchased the pdf Knit Wild.  It shows up in my Points/My Credit as being paid for.  It also shows up in my iBooks listing.

I am unable to download the pdf file.  When I try to download, I dont get any notification that I will be paying for the download, just a blank page.

I have been able to download other patterns, just not this one.

try refreshing the page, and then re-download. Give it a couple moments, and dont be trying to download other things from the site at the same time. Sometimes this works for  me.
