Collette Patterns has made some corrections to the original Rue pattern, so the corrected pattern pieces have been included in a separate folder within the attachment- "We are correcting some drafting issues on the Rue pattern and altering the design according to your feedback. Along with corrections to the armscye and sleeve that will improve fitting issues, we will adjust the bust of the pattern so that the style lines fit fully underneath the bust, rather than at 5/8″ or 1″ below the apex."
