Field of Flowers S-2004 - Evelyn A. Clark - Fiber Trends

Field of Flowers is bordered by waves of old shale on this shetland style square lace shaw. The center square is worked back and forth in rows of garter lace. The border is picked up and knit in rounds, then bound off with a simple lace edging.

Designed for dk, fingering and lace weight yarns. Make in one color or use multiple shades.

DK weight: Size US 9, 29" (or longer) circular needles. Double pointed needles in the same size and a size I crochet hook.

Fingering/Lace weight: 1200 yds if worked on US 5 needles, 1500 yds if worked on a US 6 needles. Size US 5 or 6, 24" (or longer) circular needles. Double pointed needles in the same size and a size F crochet hook.
