How many New Threads are allowed per areas of forum

I remember reading somewhere that only a certain amount of uploads are allowed for 'EACH' area of the forum but I cannot seem to find the information anymore.

Or is it PER DAY?
I do not want to lose my posts because I exceeded the allowed amount.
