Difference between patterns posted in "Crochet Section" & "Free Download" section

Hi..

It's been a few days since I joined this site but I cant figure out the difference between patterns posted on "Crochet Section" & "Free Download" section.
Because patterns in free download section  do not fall under the category of "Free Pattern (aka costing less than or equal to 10 pins)". So what this section is about.?
Is there a reason patterns from this section aren't in their respective craft space..?

Hello, I think it is the download that is free for the patterns in the ""Free Download". Patterns themselves remain at their original price.
In the "Crochet Section" downloading usually costs 30 Pins, in addition to the price of the pattern.

Anyone..??
