my gold coins are showing a minus figure..why?

I was of the belief that you couldnt download a pattern unless you had sufficient coins to do so and to pay the 30 coin download fee.....yet my gold coins are now showing a minus figure in the 500s.....how can that be and do I need to contact a admin?

Sadly, I too lost GCs in thousands about 2 weeks back.
I had informed moderator. They had updated the IT tech.
I understand from them that due to some error in the system, the system lost money and as such user lost GCs :(
The IT is looking into it.
We have to wait it out.

It now happend to me too. I now have a minus of 400 while i had over 1400 points just the other day. Did it got fixed for you or have i lost all my points now?
