level 3 hourly bonus

Hello!!! im level 3 and it happened that the hourly level 3 bonus has been cancelled from my tasks

Check Awaiting Tasks, they often hide there. If not there, you should be able to click on the words Now you can re-apply in Completed tasks

I did both but nothing happens...:(

I mean the level 3 task is desappeared for me

When you go to Tasks, there are several options on the left hand side of the screen:

Tasks

New task
Awaiting tasks
Completed tasks
Failed tasks

Please check all four


You should be able to go to Completed tasks and click the words Now you can re-apply for the task that fit your level:

Lv.3 Hourly Bonus



on the right hand side of the screen you should see something like this:




The words Now you can re-apply should be clickable.


If that doesnt work, you should be able to go to Settings and then to Points

When youre there, look for

Task reward    Gold Coin +14 Completed Lv. 3 Hourly Bonus ofTask reward points

You should be able to click on the words Completed Lv. 3 Hourly Bonus ofTask reward points, and you should then be taken to a new page where you should find a button that you can click to get the reward.


If none of this works, log out of your account, clear your browsers cookies, log back in and try again.
