Bad machine translation. Some examples (there are way more than these):
- the abbreviations are incomprehensible ("column with crochet" and "connecting column")
- abbreviations are used inconsistently, sometimes therere English abbreviations, sometimes Russian transcribed ones (page 9. "10.1sbn, pr, 14sbn = (17)
