Fitted at the bodice, full at the hem, this sweet little collection of fluffy-ruffly goodness is sure to fill those whimsical wardrobe dreams.

Choose from the pocket-loopy-layer dress, the gathered semi-circle panel top, or the itty-bitty frill mini crop top. You can make each your own by selecting your combination of back ties versus invisible zipper and narrow straps versus wide fabric ribbons that tie in a bow. Spinning is highly recommended while wearing the finished gathered garments. May result in feeling loopy.
