Its ok to upload copyrighted new magazines? What are the rules of PinDiy?

Hello. I ve searched on the forum the rules about the upload magazines but I cant find anywhere. My doubt is.. . all these uploaded magazines its legal to upload here? I mean, theres some old magazines so I think its ok to upload, since these magazines cant sell anymore. But what about the new magazines or magazines that I can still see on Amazon on sell? What are the rules of the forum Pindiy, to understand better how things works and what is the rule so that I can be sure Im not committing stealing or things like that? Thank you for the info..
Ps why I cant post a comment anymore? I think the moderators could reply my questions... I cant find rules about the upload of magazines.. what are ok and what not...
