Can't work out how to report a pattern

Im new to pindiy.  I have purchased some cross stitch patterns & a couple of them are corrupted with parts missing & parts that are all grey.  Plz can someone help me on what to do about it.  Thanks

Thanks scentry, so i just write it on the thread, describe the problem & which patterns they are?  How do i share the link & the url?  Thanks, i am a pain as iv never done anything like this before
