Ottilia dress pattern is an expansion of the Ottilia top pattern.
The Ottilia dress is a wrap dress with three-quarter statement sleeves, an extra long belt, that can be tied multiple
times around the waist, and two skirt options. A simple gathered skirt option or a tiered skirt option. The skirt stops
slighty above the knees.
DESIGN OPTIONS:
Match the Ottilia dress pattern with the Ottilia top pattern and get one short sleeve option as well as instruction on how to make the Ottilia top.
