Consolidate pattern in multiple languages into a single thread?

I really think it’s a shame that there seem to be some unannounced changes that are extremely annoying to me.
This isn’t meant as a criticism of the administrators/moderators, who do a truly outstanding job in their spare time (!).
The sheer volume of threads to review can probably be overwhelming at times.
And a consolidation would also make the moderators' job a little easier.

A recent example: Patterns are being uploaded, but a separate thread is opened for each language. While this is possible, it leads to unnecessary clutter on the site.
I still remember that the rule used to be: Please create only one thread per pattern and list the available languages in the title.

The reason for this is likely the explosion in pattern prices. Prices used to average 50–100/150 GC.
Today, it’s normal to charge 250–333 GC—and to actually get paid that amount.
I’m talking exclusively about the knitting section here.
And, please, this has nothing to do with inflation. Pattern prices have also been raised in shops and on platforms, but only moderately, by 10–15%.

If I upload a pattern in 6 languages now and split it up, I earn 120 GC just for creating the threads, instead of the 20 GC that used to be standard.
Nice income.

Am I just being petty and annoyed, or do others feel the same way?
