I feel so stupid

I am knitting a lace shawl.  When I talk I tend to talk with my hands.  I just dropped 5 stitches because I was gesturing to much. With all the yarn overs and knit 3 together through back loops.  There is no way to fix this.  Im so mad at myself.  Thankfully I have a lifeline 20 rows back, but I lost a whole weekend of work

OH!! I know exactly how you feel!  Many have been the pieces Ive ripped out and abandoned because of mistakes.  I hope you manage to get back to your lifeline and continue to your satisfaction.
