It's kinda looks like some kind of double croching but I'm pretty sure I'm wrong, I started crochet recently

It looks like chains and dc in the loop. It's probably a variation of a fan stitch or something similar.

True, though the way it's constructed doesn't look like straightforward rows! Wish a pattern existed but the original designer never created one.
