People who had problems on downloading patterns already bought in the past !!!!

i could have the solution JUST NOW!!!!. this morning i had an idea.
i downloaded an  antivirus ( i do not now if i can tell you the name but i think that everyone would be fine !!!)
and it found many many many  errors in the registry
and a mountain of old file and the browser very full
...so after the cleaning ...
and i am very happy now
