They Bounty area shows 110,000 threads, so they probably rarely get fulfilled. I'm assuming when they do get fulfilled they get removed from the section.

Some get fulfilled in a few days, others in weeks, months or years. Depends on the popularity and the cost to buy it.
It also depends on how big the bounty is.
The bigger the best. Because all members want pin;-))
