bounty pattern request

So i requested a bounty reward for the Moth Tee pattern, today i noticed that sombody apparently uploaded the patter, but not to my bounty reward, what can i do?

First a moderator have to check the pattern.
She have to look if its complete, readable etc.
If everything is oke, she will move it to the right section.
Than you are able to download the pattern.
The moderator will report the  solved bounty in another thread.
There , another moderator will check again and will give the uploader the reward and will send you a message were to find it.

If somebody already upload the pattern, you still need to buy the pattern for 150 pin even you make the bounty.

really? I thought the pattern was being paid by the bounty reward
