This hat is perfect for one skein of super bulky, but you can also make it with 5 to 6 strands of fingering weight yarn held together as in the wheat colored version! Expect the hat to take about 150 grams of wool. The smaller size is shown in green variegated bulky and in wheat; the larger size is shown in blue variegated bulky.
