Pattern/ file costs 30 more pins to download

Recently all the patterns I purchase cost 30 extra pins to download.
For example ; I recently bought a pattern worth 100 pins which normally would've costed 100 pins in total like before, but 30 more pins are also deducted again when I download the pattern, so I paid 130 pins instead of usual 100 pins.
It wasn't like this before and it's not only one time glitch. Its in every pattern purchase. 30 additional pins are being charged upon downloading.
Hoping it gets fixed soon.

It could do with being clearer as I've actually never paid an extra 30 pins to download until this recent update. I assumed the percentage the site took was the tax. This now makes things a lot more expensive, especially for those with fewer pins and fewer ways to earn pins if you don't have patterns to share. Just an observation.

Since i am a member of this site, we have to pay the 30 pin extra.
It is a sort of tax for the site.
For repaint and saga etc you have to 199 pin.
You can see on my screenshot in the red circle the 30 pin "tax"
It never showed up in your status, but now with the update you can see it.

Just to make sure, Wasn't that already included.?
Like if I paid 100 for a pattern; 70 goes to uploader and 30 goes to the site.
All the patterns i uploaded are like this. 30% of the price always goes to site. So what's the point of additional 30 on top of it.

No it wasn't included.
You pay 30 pin as a tax.
And from the 200 pin on the screenshot also goes 30% to the site.
So the uploader get 70% of the price.

So, it works like : uploader gets 70% of their asking price but also the downloader pays 100% + a tax ? I wanted to make sure I understand how it works.

I've been a member of this group for over 10 years and yes, it has always cost an extra 30 pin to download.  You may not have noticed it before.
