Ibooks downloads

Hello, I was just trying to figure out with my patterns in Ibooks that I have already downloaded i have a new computer that i am downloading on and as i am going through my ibooks through my patterns that i have already purchased they are making me pay again to download. Is this a new thing because I was told that once i buy the pattern and pay the download fee i dont have to pay that fee again.

When you hover over a pattern in ibooks you will see "Free update date". Click that and it will show a new date a year from the expiration date. Click that for every pattern and then refresh your browser. This is the free method to get to download the patterns again without payment (but you still pay the 30pin download fee).

If you want to do all of them at once, there is a button to the left on ibooks, under all the tags, that says "-number Goldcoin update all date". But this costs coins so I do the free method.
