How do I get help

I have downloaded Mirabilia Lady of Liberty 13 times. I keep getting charged gold coins.  I cant open the file.  I am new at this. Please help me get coins back, and open the file. I dont know what I need to do.

Hi.

You should not be charged again if youve downloaded the file within the last week. Most files have two charges; one for the uploader (which is set by the uploader and therefore will vary), and one for the forum, which is 30 coins per file in all subforums, except in cross stitch repaint, where it is 199 coins.

Please post a link to the pattern youre having problems with - that makes it a lot easier to figure out what the problem may be.

Did you clic twice`?
first for payment
second for download

its a rar file- will be open with Win-Rar
just search the net for FREE Demo version
and install on your computer
create an input folder and decompress the file with double clic

Ok. New problem.  I am missing 5 lines of the pattern.  It is on her left side, right below her sleeve to the up sweep of her sash.  Can someone please help me with this?

If the pattern in incomplete, you should report it in the thread called Report of Informal Posts Replies. Describe the problem and give the link to the pattern. If it is indeed found to be incomplete, it will be removed from the forum, and you may get some coins back as compensation.
