Hourly bonus question

This might just be an issue on my side but for some reason sometimes the hourly bonus to earn pin and the lvl hour bonus sometimes dissappear? Like this has happened a few times but it usually gets fixed a few hours after but it has happened a few times already like right now again but I just wanted to know if this happens to anyone else or if it's just me and is there any way to fix it when it does happen.
