HandMadeAwards - Knit Chef Dog Maxims Paris

This is a fantastic and highly detailed set of instructions for making a Chef Dog from Maxims Paris. Thi sdoll measures approximately 7.4 inches from top ear to toe. This doll is not suitable for small children due to small objects that they can choke on.

As you can see from the pictures, this doll is made with a white chef sweater and trousers  embellished with6 adorable tiny buttons on the front and a blue and white hankie around his neck. His uniform finishes with a great Chefhat. He his holding a yellow tray with a jug of chocolate, croissant and cup. See photos to see the incredible detailing.

These instructions call for camel brown baby alpaca, 2 different size sets of needles, a hook and these other supplies:

-Two brown eyes of glass (7mm)

-Black wool to embroider the nose, or asmall black nose

-Thin white wool yarn

-Fill for stuffing

-6 Tiny buttons for the sweater

-Thin wool in the following colors:chocolate brown, beige, red, and golden brown

-Yellow wool for the dish

-Vichi blue fabric or a piece with tinyblue and white gingham.
