transferrng pins (repairing)

Hello! It's been a longtime i have problem with transferrng pins from pinbks in my account. On the icon it says (repairing). Is there any problem?

Yes techteam is working on it.
Het wasn't working properly.
The pin didn't arrive on the account on pindiy.

I see in pinbks that it's me only that i have problem with tranferring, everyone else there continue to transfer pins normally... Could anyone help me please?

No, i have still problem with transfering. It says repairing and i cannot send pins.
