Problem with opening a new thread in the "Post new Patterns & Magazine" area

Dear all,

Just wondering if there is currently a problem with opening new threads in the "Post new Patterns & Magazine" area?
When I click "New" button, there is a message appears on the screen "Sorry, you are not allowed to post thread in this forum, please click here to view details".
And then nothing happens :(
I have tried different browsers but without any success.

Posting new diary works fine.

Hello.
There seems to be an issue with some sections of the forum, but so far many though it only affected people DIY.1 or DIY.0.
Maybe it has to do with the same issue?

Pls clear your browser cache if you still have issues with the site
