Hake with Potatoes

My lunch on Saturday was hake, potatoes, and a bit of spice.

The doctor told us that we have to eat more fish!!
The fish came out tender, full of flavor with just a little bit of oregano and pepper.
The potatoes were soft and perfect to soak up the sauce.

The sauce was mayo with merken!! Merken is a traditional condiment from the mapuches. It is smoked chili pepper.
