Help please on Red envelopes

Concerning red envelopes.  See picture below. I get confused all the time on what goes in the Hidec credits line and what goes in the credits per parts line? Also which line is the number of envelopes your putting up? And which line is the amount of credits in the envelope? Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

You set a total amount of GC in the Red Envelope at "Hidec Credits" (200 GC for example - this will be deducted from your account)
Then decide how much GC goes into one envelope at "Credits per part" (20 GC for example)

In the example, 10 people will be able to claim one red envelope on your wall and receive 20GC each.
