This is an old design, designed by Peggy Abrahms, for Dimensions. I have not been able to find it here, or anywhere else online.

I have the xsd of this Called Snowy St Nick and the number is 00313. He is also identical to the Windswept Santa Tree skirt Santa in Blue.
