I checked and do not miss any pages.
Unpacking the files gives an error but the files are unpacked.
The last page is #95. Missing are the pages #96 and $97 'How to start' and #98 Ruth's Stitching World (besides all the missing ad pages)
To solve the error, make a new file and replace the 4 RAR-files with this.
