Please report like that:

PDF is a mess.... (Sorry no other description for the error... :P)
Design 1 = 2 different scan sizes
Design 2 = 3 different scan sizes
The key (one key for both patterns) is 3 times in the PDF
The pages are well mixed - If you want to stich the patterns, you have to print the PDF pages and see which ones belong together...
An informal post in the thread would be helpful :D
