[Resolved]How do I change my profile picture?

Im a new user so I dont know much about this site yet or where to post this but Im having trouble changing my profile picture. I already uploaded the picture but the blue button doesnt work no matter how much I click it.

Im having the same problem and im using a laptop. Its so frustrating but from what i can see on the forums its an issue thats been going on for years. Its a shame they cant get it fixed.
