not getting the patterns after paying coins

just gave 200 hunderd coins for a pattern after paying it said it was not my usergroup only after I paid like my coins backplease

I had the same problems when I had add block on.

I have to open pattern link in a new window - and then hit refresh - to download most patterns. I believe its because of the software I choose to use, rather than a forum error.
