I bought from site a lot of patterns but when I try to open them they tell me that i need to be diy2 that not a good idea make me want to leave the site i dont see crochet or knitting section why i need to make 1000 post to see the patterns that i bought already and why Diy 1 cant see crochet and knitting section some users in the site are diy 0 and diy 1 they buy patterns and upload them and solved a lot of bounty area and now they cant see the crochet section or knitting section why
To admin/mod sorry I mistakenly tapped on report, I tried to rectify but it doesn’t seem to remove the report, I’m on my phone so tiny screen. Huge apologies!

I am a bit confused with your post, if you already purchased the patterns, they should be on your device? Or do you not download them as you buy? Have you tried going through the iBook tab and selecting “ I downloaded”?
Just give the team a bit of time to figure things out, ad,in/mod are doing a great job trying to keep the spammers out, yes it can be a mild irritation if you temporarily cannot access certain areas of the forums but I’m sure it’ll all work out eventually.
I just got on too and the only thing I can view now is Bounty Area stuff - can no longer even see downloads to download anything :( Hope it gets fixed soon! I was needing a pattern fix, heh.
Im just happy to know that Im not the only one with the problem. I can be patient now that I know theyre working on it! I felt so left out when I went hunting this morning! I wrote to an admin, but she responded to clear my cookies. When I went to tell her that didnt fix it, I got the error message that said "you have exceeded the number of PMs you are allowed. Please wait 24 hours". I hate being a NEWBIE!!!!
I know the tech folks are working hard, so Ill just knit and listen to an audiobook until they fix it. I wish I could send them some cookies!

It actually is not working yet. Ive tried three different browsers - logging out, clearing cookies and data, logging back in. It is not working yet.
