When I write comment sometimes the comments dissapear and I  can not see them, then I write the comment again and I post it and after that they both appear and they look duplicated. I see that other users face the same issue. Is there a way how to avoid this?

Yes it is realy old issue ... a chronic recurring problem:(  we dont see and we try to f5..... "sometimes" appear again... Really annoying problem ... Best solution make "." comment or write another comment and we can see again our or all other comments :dizzy:

1) There is a problem when I write a new thread and add tags.

2. issue:


When you come on to the image ... sytem show you 3 option
-download (you can download this picture to your device as a jpg file)
-Set to album (Use can save to your default album on site and you can see on your space area album section these pictures)
and last one
-Set as Cover (that button make the picture cover picture) you must use this button ... but your apply make happen after first update of the site which mean after 24 hour max.



I made for you by the way , please jsut wait 24 hours

Hi Turquoise,
I would appreciate if you can help me with the following issue that I'm facing.
When first I write a message and I send it it's all good, but after that I'm writing a second message and I can't send it.
The system indicates the following:
"Sending You have exceeded the maximum number of PMs within 24 hours"
So I'm wondering why can't I send a second message immediately but instead it makes me wait 24 hours?

We have lot of enemies... They open new account and send to us nasty messages... We put limit for new user to send PM messages... IF any designer or troll wants to send message to us they must spend their time minimum 1 week ... Please dont worry after 1-2 weeks that limit will remove from your account :D (After lv.2)

1) There is a problem when I write a new thread and add tags.
When I edit it, there are 15 tags. I delete them but when I click safe and nothing changes.
For example in this topic - A Brilliant Going Out - My Bag

2) Another issue are the photos in this topic - Pansy Hardanger from Cross Stitch
This topic got duplicated and I coudn't delete it so I changed the photos and the contect in the new duplicated topic, but when I close it then it shows as a main photo one of the photos from the old topic. And now it looks that the both topic are the same.
How can we fix that?

Hi Turquoise,
I am having issues editing the pin cost of some of my threads that were edited by moderator. When I edit these posts, I can't access the attached files, so I can't edit the pins price. Can you help me solving this please? Lots of thanks!!

First of all, Any moderator doesnt/cant touch your price... It is our rule... But if you use bottom side price section , our moderator MUST delete that price section... Bottom side price for "whole post" I mean if any user want to see your post user must pay that price... It is banned soo long time ago...but that button can not deleted ....







Please always use attachment side price area






Now... Please give me your post title or link and requested price, I will fix for you :D but please use attachment side price area after all post :D

Thanks for your reply! What happened is that I mispriced the pattern and wanted to edit it afterwards, but I never thought a mod edited! PinDIY mods have been super helpful and friendly to me :) When I clicked on "Edit" at the bottom left of the post, the attachment icon (the paperclip) was gone, so I couldn't edit the pin cost, just like you correctly instruct on your reply. I wish I could share a screenshot of it, but I just logged in today and when I check my posts, the "Edit" link is gone and it's now "Added".
