Just read up in the help section-they have a new way of doing things.  You have to upload it to the NEW forum, then when they approve it they move it to the download area and only then can you see the pictures and download the files.

Hi, just to let you know I have reported this lovely book to be changed to a different area, it has nothing to do with animals. Not sure where it will go because there is no religious section any more but anywhere would be better than in Animals/ cartoons

No problem , I think the moderators are swamped with work at the moment as they have to moderate every upload before it can be released plus they now have to choose the area it should go to, there are bound to be mistakes. I often report mistakes because it helps everyone and also I get 3 coins for it. I dont like responding to hundreds of threads for 1 coin each time, its terribly boring and takes so long. I rely on my uploads anda bit of detective work.
