This chart is spelled wrong and doesnt have the designer name. It correct spelling is The Plymouth Sampler and the designer is Brenda Keyes. The information also says its worked in half stitches but it can be worked in half stitches or whole cross stitches.  It also gets blurry when enlarged but I was able to read it enough. :)

Hi, the new scan for this pattern is still spelled wrong. Its Plymouth, not Plymoth. Hope this helps. :)
