There’s a problem on the system - I can’t download either - if you look on Freetalk Forum you will find many are having the same problem.  I understand this fault is being investigated - we just have to be patient!  Apparently this works:-

press the right mouse button, and open the purchase or file in a new tab ... and in the new tab press Buy and download the file.

Doesn’t work for me though as I use an iPad! :(:
