Maybe I havent read all available information. And if I missed some, please excuse me. But do you have to be a certain level before you are able to post? I am currently Lv.1 and seem to be unable to post charts.

No, there isnt a restriction. Perhaps the uploading screen is taking a while to load - it happens more often these days, please be patient and a blue bar will appear that you click to browse for your files.
Sometimes it can take a few minutes - if not then try again later in the day.

I think I found the problem. Using Internet Explorer I am not able to upload charts, using Google Chrome I am!!!!!

Ah, I see. In IE, click the compatibility icon (it looks like a torn piece of paper near your address bar) - that will solve the problem for IE if you prefer that browser.

thank you also, I have been having trouble too, and all my threads are getting deleted, cause they are not showing up  (I guess... )  I will try this thanks
