Rose cuttings.  Its a Dimensions kit.  If you do get it the two threads at the bottom for 1/2 stitches run out!  Order some more from them as soon as you get it.

A LOT of back stitches.  Of multiple colors.  And lots of blended thread.  Its my most intricate so far...
