Joining two yarns - no knots - no hidden left over yarns

Always tried to hide my joining yarns the best I could, I did a good job though with this tecnique there is no effort involved and the knitting work looks perfect, no way someone can find out you joined two yarns.

I've seen the YouTube on this but I've never tried it. This makes it look easy.
