sorting of threads?

I was wondering how the threads get sorted...what kind of order do they go it.

I have been groing through the cross stitch scanned patterns, and it always seems like they never stay in order. Do they get sorted when a comment gets made...such as when a comment on a thread does that thread then move to page 1? Hope this makes sence!

It is hard trying to see if I missed any patterns I want, haha

thanks

From what I've experienced, threads are moved to the top/front when a new comment is added - just like you're suggesting.

You can avoid this problem by clicking the small triangle next to the word More (just above the first patterns), and chosing Order by: Post time.
That way, the newest uploads will show first.
You will have to set the order to Post time each time you visit a subforum. I hope I'm making sense.
