This is a combination of 2 patterns and not available.

It is a Celtic conversion called Arwen and King created based on Lavender and Lace Celtic Ladies.

Hi,  This isn't actually a pattern.  Its a conversion by a woman called Kate Frederick.  She hasn't posted the conversion pattern yet but if you want to check out her blog is called   kowgirlsleatherandkreiniks.blogspot.ca  I can't post the actual url address but if you look up her blog its in the August 2015 section

Hi,

I emailed you.  But just in case this is a conversion pattern by Kate Frederick.  Her blog is kowgirlsleatherandkreiniks.blogspot.ca/2015/08/so-its-been-awhile.html  (sorry can't post the actual url)

She hasn't posted the pattern yet as its still a work in progress.  But she has other pretty conversions for mirabilia stuff if your interested.
