There's a sentence at page 3 which is still in Russian. It says: Маркер начала ряда в данной детали можно не выравнивать.
If someone knows how to translate it, please, comment here.

The uploader says that means: Marker of the rows do not have to be symetrical for this detail.

It doesn't make sense to me. If you know how to translate that sentence better, please, comment here.

Yes, it´s the same. Often designers (like Little Owls Hut) says, to put the marker in a straight line, this mean you must make sometimes extra stitches, that doesn´t count. Hope it makes now sense!?

Solo se en Español, si puede ser util, quiere decir :
que el marcador no se alinea , es decir no se adjunta en ninguna fila un punto mas para enderezar el trabajo.
