Creation Point de Croix is a very interesting magazine, but it's prohibitively expensive to download a magazine ((  in my opinion, or I'm wrong?

What do you think?

It is a shame that someone would charge that much, makes me sad. We all share so much here, many, many designs with no charge from the poster. Can this member imagine is we all charged like that, this site would not exist. Sharing is supposed to be a nice thing that makes both parties feel good. I hope this member rethinks any future shares, and that no one pays for it.

I think it's pretty ridiculous! But why are people still willing to download the whole collection? Or even just certain parts? I feel that just encourages that kind of behaviour and for more people to exploit others when it comes to pattern sharing.

When a magazine has more parts, maybe they are great quality scans, but when in addition the "seller" requires too much for his upload, it's really a shame

No, I think some folks are just greedy.  OR, they don't really know how to post and didn't realize each of the uploads would also cost 30GC.

Agreed. Especially if you cannot see the whole magazine you might only end up using only 1 or 2 designs if any!

That is indeed expensive, it's a job to scan all, but still. You can see not all that is a problem.

I skipped on it the other day when I calculated the cost...... and I didn't calculate the price for the site.......just the uploaders cost....... and........ well...... then.......... decided I would pass.

I think, in the spirit of sharing, to make items available at reasonable cost so ALL can download and create the designs they want.  I would hope people would be as generous and loving back.

I agree it´s too much.  Since it was divided into many parts, and each one has its download cost, why don´t we have only one price for the whole magazine?

I agree. That is why I never download any book or magazine if it has more than 2 parts. Sometimes three, but I have to really want it. There should be one price for all parts together, not a price for each part.
