Yesterday I finished restitching the backstitch on sunflowers. Either I misunderstood the instructions, which simply says 'Lines around sunflowers - Back Stitch with 1 strand #610 DK.BROWN', or I'm just fussy, I didn't like it at all. I tried with black thread, didn't like it also, so, eventually, I went with DMC 838 (leftovers from one of the finished kits). Much better! I used #610 on the petals only. Hoping to finish by the end of February.

It's a very lovely pattern, and the time you're putting into the details is showing. I love Joan Elliot teddy bears in any form.
