I am new here and need help.  I can't figure out how to get more coins.  In Tasks is says I need to complete tasks but there are no instructions.  Is there a newbie info sheet?

I believe somebody stole my user id and gold coins, my old user id was "elite789". I have not logged in forum from 2014-3-21, because the password was changed by somebody. "elite789" had over 17000 gold coins before, but now it remains 13 coins.

Please check elite789's gold coins was transferred to which user id, I think it may be the thief.

I can't access my old account. This site keeps refusing my password. I tried to recover it via email, but nothing came through. In the end I had to create a new account. Is it possible to get my old account back? I was level 5, I had more than 900 credits and more than 60000 gold coins. It took me around two years to get to where I was and I don't want to start from scratch again. My old user name was fei2x, my new user name is fei3x.

hello. I just need to know if I can  recover my former account Adele, or not. I was about to be Lv5 and was moderator of the crochet section, as I can't enter the site I had to make new account, now with name adelle and as I'm Lv0 I can't PM,  that's why I write here and opened some threads telling you my problem with no single  reply. Any solution to my problem?

Hi,  I have been trying to post a Witches Stitches chart, and it keeps being approoved then deleted. I have scanned and made into pdfs every pattern I post in the exact same way. So why are others approved and others deleted?   I can read the pdf perfectly on adobe and it is the same resultion as all the others I have scanned. I would like assistance please.  Thanks

someone joined your site with my name and with my e-mail and shared some works of cross-stich art team , Cross-stitch art work team is warning me about this case.. I have got no knowledge about this till i've got some mails from them. Now I entered the site with my e-mail adress and asking you to delete my account, i coudn't do it from the profile, there is no icon for deleting.
