now, I understood well your "problem"...you have to be aware that sometimes there are TWO payments for downloading an attachment. a payment that goes to the uploader of the chart and the payment for, actually, download the chart itself. usually the uploader requests 1 or 2 or 3 coins...this is for actually being able to BUY the attachment. once you click on the attachment and the little box comes up asking for the payment, you click to pay, and doing so you're able to download the attachment...then you have to click AGAIN on the link of the attachment and the system will ask you if you want to pay the 5 gold coins (or more, it depends on which section you want to download the chart from) to REALLY download that chart on your PC! when the uploader doesn't request any payment to being able to download the chart, then you can download the chart just clicking on the link...this is why (maybe, if I understood well your matter) sometimes you can directly download the attachment and sometimes you have to pay 2 times before download! hope this will help, otherwise let me know, ok? :)
