Hello, I have used Pindiy in the past and have never had an issue but yesterday when I tried to dowload two pdfs it lead me to a blank page that says credits_policy_lowerlimit_fid . What can I do about this? I would really like to get those two patterns. Best regards Nikita

During the day, I downloaded some cross-stitch patterns that I purchased using PIN. However, when I try to download them, it removes the PIN from my account. The last one I purchased, even after paying for it, I couldn't download because it says I reached the minimum PIN limit. Does this mean everything I downloaded today was charged twice? If I paid 100 PIN, do I have that amount left?
